About KN Remodeling: Your Licensed Remodeling Contractor in Los Angeles
Every project at KN Remodeling, from the first design meeting to the final walkthrough, is personally managed by CSLB licensed remodeler Nathan Kanyass. You always know exactly who is responsible for your home.
KN Remodeling is a licensed remodeling company that works by clear principles, and every one of them favors the homeowner. We never allow unlicensed workers on our jobs. From day one, you deal only with qualified tradespeople who are trained for the exact work your project needs, whether that is kitchen remodeling, bathroom remodeling or a full home renovation.
With KN Remodeling, You Are Never in the Dark
One dedicated supervisor handles your paperwork, permits and scheduling, so nothing falls through the cracks. Nathan Kanyass listens to your needs and ideas, then gives you a written, itemized schedule that covers every stage of your remodel from start to finish.
You will know what happens next, when it happens and how. You are also free to make changes along the way, so the finished space truly matches the home you pictured. Having one trusted person accountable for your project gives you real peace of mind.
Expertise in Every Area of Design, Construction and Remodeling
Your One-Stop Remodeling Contractor in Los Angeles
From the first sketch to the final coat of paint, our team handles the entire process in house.
See Your Project in 3D Before Work Begins
Before construction starts, we create a computerized 3D model of your finished kitchen, bathroom or addition. You can see exactly how the space will look and request changes while they are still easy to make. For new construction, room additions and patio enclosures, we also bring in an architect so the design is right from the start.
